How do I make a warranty claim?

If your scooter is one of the following brands (Ducati, Jeep, Lamborghini, Aprilia, Argento, VR46) please use the link below:

The manufacturer will then send you instructions of the next steps. For Ducati, Jeep, Lamborghini, Aprilia, VR46 and Argento, your scooter will be collected from your home address.

To follow up on a repair on a Ducati, Jeep, Aprilia, VR46, Lamborghini and Argento, please email their service centre on platum.uk@enfinitec.com and quote your Case ID. You can also call them on 020 4524 4011.
